Dining includes King Street Social Kitchen, Mix Bistro Bar, room service, a 24/7 grab-and-go stand, and a lobby-level coffee outlet. Complimentary WiFi, laundry, concierge services, a business centre, meeting facilities, and self-parking add practical support. Guest rooms include minifridges, coffee makers, workspaces, televisions, safes, and bottled water. The hotel is pet friendly, with specific policies covering dogs, advance notice, weight limits, and fees.
- Rooftop Pool
The seasonal outdoor rooftop pool provides views of downtown Toronto, including partial views toward the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The pool is open during the 2026 season from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
- StayFit Gym and Sauna
The 24-hour StayFit gym includes cardiovascular equipment, free weights, integrated screens, and Peloton bikes. The adjoining sauna operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving guests a separate option for unwinding after exercise.

King Street Social Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu focused on seasonally fresh and locally sourced offerings. The restaurant provides the property's main full-service dining setting.
- Mix Bistro Bar
Mix Bistro Bar overlooks King Street and serves tapas-style food alongside beer, wine, and cocktails. Its position facing the Entertainment District makes it a natural evening gathering space within the hotel.
- Room Service
In-room dining provides breakfast, snacks, and dinner options, allowing guests to eat inside their room rather than using the public dining areas. Service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Grab-N-Go
The 24-hour grab-and-go stand offers packaged wraps, sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, snacks, juices, and soft drinks. It is designed for guests needing something quick at any hour.
